This website is hosted via Amazon Web Services (AWS) with servers in the EU (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). When visiting the website, technical access data is automatically collected (IP address, timestamp, page accessed). This data is stored in server log files and deleted after 30 days.

Processing and Storage

Your application data is processed via a secured API endpoint (AWS API Gateway + Lambda) and stored in an access-restricted system accessible only to the board of directors.

A confirmation email is sent via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES).

Retention Period

Upon admission: Duration of membership + statutory retention periods (up to 10 years for tax-relevant data)
Upon rejection or withdrawal: Immediate deletion, no later than 3 months

5. Email Communication

When you contact us by email, we store your message and email address to process your inquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

Our email service is operated by mailbox.org (Heinlein Hosting GmbH, Berlin). Server location: Germany.
